We can only accept new patients who live in our practice area. Broadly this is the area north of the river and to the west of the West Berkshire Community Hospital. A more detailed description of our practice boundary can be obtained from the practice.

If you have moved to the area from elsewhere in Great Britain please bring in your NHS card (if you have one).

If you are a resident of the European Union who is new to this country and intends to become a resident here, we will normally register you after three months. If from a country outside the European Union please bring your work permit or visa. Visitors to Great Britain, including those from the European Union, are not always entitled to free health care so please ask for advice if necessary.

When registering, you will be asked to complete a Patient Health Questionnaire. This provides your new doctor with a little background information whilst awaiting the delivery of your medical notes from your previous Practice.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
